Performance Coaching
This training is targeted at middle managers and individuals of high potential who are
facing significant on-going changes or challenges at work. The programme examines
the issues facing them and through regular contact provide ideas, advice and support
that enable them to identify satisfactory solutions. This active and result oriented
programme creates immediate results in performance improvement and behavioural
change that has long term results.
