Subtle cultural differences in communication or behaviour can have a big impact on
how people relate to each other and achieve understanding. By learning to
understand other cultures we can avoid misunderstandings, pointless disagreements
and failure to achieve our goals.

Getting your point across effectively -persuasion and reasoning
Handling confrontation -understanding confrontation/non-confrontational styles
Perceptions of time -understanding how different cultures see and use time
Building trust -ways to develop and build relationships
Giving negative feedback - how to be more effective by simple style adjustments
The training incorporates the latest findings from various researched sources and
provides a practical and useful approach on how to understand and adjust to different
cultures.
